• The App provides login access only to those pre-existing accounts created by the administrator.

• The App does not collect IP addresses, device identifiers, or analytics data.

Pre-Loaded Information

Customer and person details displayed in the App are pre-loaded from our server and created by the administrator for operational purposes.

User Updates

Users may update details of persons already available in the list. Users cannot create new persons or add new records through the App.

3. How Updated Information Is Used

Information updated by users within the App is done solely for the user’s operational or business purposes. We do not use, track, analyze, or process the data modified by the user for marketing, profiling, analytics, or any other purpose.

4. Data Sharing

• We do not sell, rent, or share user information with third parties for commercial purposes.
• Data may be shared only when required by law or to ensure proper functioning of the service (for example, to fulfil a legal request).

5. Security

We use commercially accepted security measures to protect server-synced data, such as encrypted transfer. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after updates signifies acceptance of the revised Policy.
